安全管理と催行基準について



■ Cave Tour Operation Criteria

洞窟探検（ケイビング）ツアーの催行基準

We closely monitor weather and environmental conditions to ensure your safety. Tours may be canceled, suspended, or have their routes altered if any of the following conditions apply. We rely on weather data and forecasts provided by the Japan Meteorological Agency (Okayama Local Meteorological Observatory).

  • Dam Inflow: If the inflow rate of the Komoto Dam (announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) exceeds $80\text{ m}^3/\text{sec}$ as of 7:00 AM.
  • Severe Weather Forecast: If a sudden and severe deterioration in weather is expected due to an approaching front or atmospheric instability.
  • Sudden Changes During the Tour: If sudden weather changes occur during the tour, leading to rising water levels inside the cave or other hazardous conditions.
  • Alcohol Consumption: If it is confirmed that a participant has consumed alcohol on the morning of the tour.

当ツアーではお客様の安全を第一に考え、日々変化する自然環境や気象情報を注視しています。気象情報は気象庁 岡山地方気象台発表の情報を用い、以下の条件に該当する場合は、ツアーの中止・中断・コース変更を行う場合があります。

  • ダム流入量： 午前7時時点で、国土交通省発表の河本ダム流入量が 80㎥/秒 を超えている場合。
  • 天候悪化の予測： 前線通過や大気不安定などにより、急激な天候悪化が予想される場合。
  • ツアー中の状況急変： ツアー中に天候が急変し、洞内増水など危険な状況が発生した場合。
  • 飲酒の確認： ツアー当日の朝に飲酒されていることが確認された場合（この場合、ツアーへのご参加はお断りいたします）。



■ General Tour Operation Criteria

ツアー全体における催行基準

English:

For all our tours and experiences, operations are subject to the following safety guidelines:

  • Weather Warnings: If a weather warning (Keibo) is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for Niimi City as of 7:00 AM.
  • Participant Health: If a participant shows clear signs of poor physical health.
  • Safety Limitations: If it is determined that securing safety is difficult due to a participant’s physical or mental condition.
  • Guide Availability: If it is determined that conducting the tour is difficult due to the guide’s own health conditions or other unavoidable safety reasons.
  • Comprehensive Assessment: If a situation is deemed hazardous based on a comprehensive assessment of the participants’ age, physique, physical fitness, and the day’s specific conditions.
  • Failure to Follow Instructions: If a participant fails to follow the guide’s safety instructions or precautions.

Final Decision on Safety: To ensure strict safety management, the guide retains the final authority regarding tour cancellation, content changes, and all operational decisions.

すべてのツアー・体験プログラムにおいて、以下の安全ガイドラインに基づき催行の判断を行います。

  • 気象警報： 午前7時時点で、気象庁より新見市に警報が発令されている場合。
  • 体調不良： 参加者に明らかな体調不良が見られる場合。
  • 安全確保の困難： 参加者の身体的・精神的状態により、安全確保が困難と判断される場合。
  • ガイドの状況： ガイド自身の健康状態や安全上の理由により、ツアー催行が困難と判断される場合。
  • 総合的な危険判断： 参加者の年齢・体格・体力・当日の状況などを総合的に判断し、危険が伴うと判断される場合。
  • 指示への不服従： ガイドによる安全指示や注意事項に従っていただけない場合。

安全管理に関する最終決定権： 安全管理上、ツアーの中止・内容変更・行動判断に関する最終決定は、すべてガイドが行います。




■ Vehicle Accident Insurance

送迎・移動中の事故における補償について

English:

Our guest transport vehicles are fully covered by comprehensive automobile insurance to prepare for any unforeseen accidents during transit. In the unlikely event of an accident, compensation will be provided within the coverage limits of our insurance policy.

Japanese:

移動中の万が一の事故に備え、送迎車両には自動車保険を完備しております。万が一の事故の際は、当社が加入する同保険の補償範囲内において補償させていただきます。



■ Injury & Liability Insurance

ツアー全般における怪我と通院の補償について

English:

To ensure peace of mind throughout our activities, we carry both Travel Accident Insurance and Liability Insurance. In the event of an injury or accident requiring hospital visits during the tour, compensation will be provided within the coverage limits of these insurance policies.

安心してお楽しみいただけるよう、すべてのツアーにおいて旅行傷害保険と賠償責任保険に加入しております。万が一、ツアー中に怪我をされ通院が必要となった場合などには、当社が加入する同保険の補償範囲内において補償させていただきます。



■ Guide Qualifications & Licenses

洞窟探検（ケイビング）ツアーガイドの保有資格

English:

Our cave tours are led by a highly trained professional who holds specialized international and domestic certifications in rescue, wilderness medicine, and cave guiding.

  • Japan Caving Union: Certified Caving Guide
  • Wilderness Medical Associates Japan (WMAJ): Wilderness Advanced First Aid (WAFA) Certified
  • RESCUE-3: Swiftwater Rescue Technician / Technical Rope Rescue Technician (TRR-T) Certified
  • Niimi City Fire Department: Advanced First Aid Course Completed
